dm500c need help

hi lads iv never done a 500c befor,anyway my mates has gon off but cable is fine here so i want to know does it just need re scanning or a new file puting on, if it need a file what prog do i use ,i do mess with dm500/600/800s,is it the same software.

Have a look in the downloads section at the top of the page for firmware but first of all what area do you live in as it has probably been hit by nagra 3-vermin's new encryption,most of the UK has changed over now

bedworth in warwickshire we not gon to n3 yet mate all normal boxs are working fine thats why he wanted me to have ago and sort it for him,i have a new image on it now i'v loaded all the files in but getting jackshit,do you know where the latest key file is please mate.

Have you tried the search box in the forum otherwise i can't help you I'm afraid mate

i sorted it mate i put a new image on and found the files and keys and its now working fine, i put the keys in again and it worked.
