DM800HD problem

Hi guys I have a DM800HD which is causing some problems. When I got the set 2 months back, all the stations have good reception without freezing issue. Recently, I realised that every few minutes or so the images will freeze for 1 sec. Or sometimes there will be black bars on parts of the screens, like having bad reception. Initially I brushed it off as bad reception problem. But even channels with almost full signal strength has this problem.
Does anyone has the same problem?

when i scan channels sky downloads then when i go to say sky sports1 message says tune failed and also no signal strength.any ideas?.cheers marramo.

I had similar problems with my 800 turned out to be the tuner so got a new one and sorted common sign is box freezing when selecting HD Channel and having to reboot
