DM500C High BIT ERROR RATE

Hi

Running DM500C with DW image. Some movie channels have high Bit Error Rate which causes the picture to break up. Then suddenly BBC1, BBC2, ITV1 and channel4 have the same problem only worse, so the picture is completely black. Tried doing a rescan. All channels picked up but the same problem. Sports channels are all ok with 0 bit error rate including some movie channels. Looks like a problem with the decoding. Anybody seen this problem before and have a solution. Next door has exactly the same problem so don't think it's anything to do with the hardware.

i have the same problem.. any ideas how to fix it?
