The DM500C is more than capable of getting those black channels back, but I don't believe I can talk about how on this forum (never understood rules like that, but there ya go )

I agree! What's wrong with Coolguy giving us some pointers on LAN sharing (for a multi-room home setup)? So long as no provider names are mentioned, of course.

I think it's WAN sharing that is a taboo subject in open forums, on account of this being allegedly a criminal offence.

BTW- good to see you're still around, Coolguy! You've been a beacon of light and inspiration for me in the past, m8!

        Cheers- AL

You'll have me in tears soon ..

I think it's fair to say that the actual problem isn't the c/s (as that's not very difficult and doesn't require discussion) it's getting the info to do it, which involves equipment owned by VM and therefore out of bounds on most forums (and rightly so lmao)

BTW, what use did u find for your OPOS Al

not negative, just being realistic as the new cards are untouchable and have been for a few years now
cardsharing isint a hack, and its so easy to do its laughable
and as cg pointed out to cs cable in the uk or irl you will need specific information obtained from the providers boxes/n1 card etc
and thats a closlely guarded secret

Not that gaurded all the info that's required is here and elsewhere as you know, posting it is another matter. Amalgamating it is probably the hurdle that people will not want to look at for free TV.

hmmm, I would have to disagree
anyone with an intrest in it will know how it can be done but obtaining a specific piece of information that allows it to be done has eluded the majority of them, yes its that old argument about the rsa keys

All the info is here and elsewhere even as you said "for those with an interest in it".

From a commercial perspective those with an interest in it are now gaining interest.
