800HD remote control issues!

Hey guys,

My 800 remote control is not accepting any input! The dream button stays lit red all the time. When we press any other button, the red light on Dream button goes off but then comes back ON after we stop pressing other buttons. I dont believe the remote is faulty maybe some how its got itself into different mode.

looks like one of the buttons has stuck its common fault peep pressing too hard
