Setting up new Dreambox firsttimer

ok, seem that there is a problem with the box hardware.
I reckon it is the chip problem. Try replace the 74HCU04 chip and JS28F640J3D75 chip. Unless you can find someone who can replace the chips, otherwise the box will be useless. I do encounter such problems with a few boxes before.

Any other solutions??
Is there a some reset button on PCB (printed circuit board) ??

I had flashed the img without backing up the key n scce, now stuck with fta channels only. Can anyone please pm me how to get these missing files?
