DM500 Dreambox stopped whilst i was away

    Hi all

    This is new to me.

I have been away and when i have come back, i have no channels. Looking through threads i can see issue with nagra encryption.

I am not a techie person - i need help if someone can provide in a simple step by step process.

    Thanks

Yes, the free to air channels are available, but no others. The remote works fine.

Sounds like you've been nagged mate! New encryption used by Vermin which has no fix(N3)!
Have a look in general cable section and see if others in your area have been affected!

My advise would be to go the sat route and card sharing, but its not allowed to be discussed here!
            Google is your new friend!
