DM500 Getting channels back

My mate, who only lives 5 doors away, is currently watching the footy on his eurovox. I seem to have lost all the channels on my DM500C.

We HAVE had new cards a few weeks back, but it still seems to be clearing for my mate. Any idea why its not clearing for me on my DM500?

I have tried a full scan and still no luck?

a bit more info! Crappy channels like 'yesterday' show as encrypted but are clearing. The sports channels and a few others are not clearing here but are on my mates eurovox.

Any ideas?
