DM600 help needed remote not responding on dm600pvr

i recently flashed my dm600pvr but never set it up till i sorted my tv out.it was fine on my pc with tv card but after i turned it off to put it under my tv the remote wont work.
i thought the image was at fault (i used the new pli-jade image) but after reflashing the box it still doesnt respond.i have a dm7020 and that remote wont work on it and the front of the box button wont go in standby .is it likely to be the image or the box ?
anybody any idea's ?.

check the remote first point it at ur phone camera (switch to video) and press any button u should see the infrared light flashing on top also noticed that pli images take a while to boot up after u flash ur box...did u try any other images?

Just a quick one, the DM600 remote has a tv button and dreambox button. Press the dreambox button and make sure when you press any other button the dreambox button lights up.

did all that then i decided to take alook inside and low and behold the cable from the mobo to front panel was loose , all's well now thanks for the replies.
