no transpoders

This is my first post.

I recently got a DM500c, I have downloaded DreamUP and Flash, and download was successful. However on search for transponders my SNR IS about 65 and AGC about 35 and have found no transpoders or channels.

What is the problem?

The SNR will need to be above 90% before you will find transponders.

If you are using a splitter, remove it and connect the box to the main feed. Try doing another scan or check the SNR value. If it is increased, you have a low signal and if you want to use the splitter again you will need a signal booster.
