Problems with Dk 1.1

I am having problems with my channels on dk 1.1 image on dreambox 500c what is happing is that i was watching the G.O.L.D channel and it froze after sometime and i checked threw the channels and some channels have now got a black screen same as G.O.L.D but sky sports etc are working? I am using 2.17c cam can anyone help

not getting any channels now just the bbc channels? all the keys etc are in the rite places everything was working beofre and now everything has gone off
