they rolled back to this mornings keys... dont get too excited i think they will try again, there website reported mega problems to there own service and they probably rolled back to help ease the congestion on there network, touch wood like, but just dont want everyone getting too excited because from the dirty roll this morning is only a bad sign of things to come .

Got both ex t/w and ntl. I put mines in manually the rebboted my box and up it came.

Manual keys worked for me aswell, until they change them that is.
