Manual keys worked for me aswell, until they change them that is.

I turned AU off for the minute.

Ive tried enter the new keys manually but its still only getting me the FTA channels

can someone jog my memory , what's the name of the little app you FTP to the db for typing the keys numbers in ? it appears after pressing the blue button and makes entering the keys a doddle .total mind blank here .

go to your softcam file through ftp copy the softcam file to your desktop then change the keys and save the changes and then put it back through ftp overwrite it,

the sofcam file shouhld be var/keys folder,

i know that its the little app that use to be on an older image ...you just ftp it to the box install it then you can just blue button while its connected to your tv and manually pres them in.saves unpluggin and ftping.

I know your trying to help me thanks but your off mark with what i was after.what im trying to say is , if you have your box under your tv (like most folk) and you wanna update your keys manually and you dont wanna be unplugging the power lead and connecting to the pc everytime they roll right now then you can install "dreambox editor v1.01" to your db and press blue and just enter them via the remote ,much easier mines back up and running
