Empty keylist.txt

I want to edit my keylist.txt file, but I have just reailized that I have FTP all new files to my box minute ago and didn't do any backups . What do I do, as there is nothing to edit?

Reboot the box and it will try to auto update the keys, albeit the wrong keys but then you will have a template to edit.

I am sorry, but it didn't work. I have tried twice. Is there any way to force the box to try to AU, or is there better solution?
