how to manually input keys on d500c

hi have enigma image , and was googling round and came to the conclusion that i need to press yellow to get to t-box commander, mine when press yellow comes up with audio options, then found it may be blue on some images, so pressed blue and got plug in menu,
but only have text options start and revover direct recording , and start recover ngrab recordings , not about t-box anywhere

so my question is how to manually input on this damn box , got the starview ok , just need to do the dream in the bedroom now, do miss crime and investigation channel at night,,

Have a look at thread below, its an auto ftp application which will get the keys and write them to the box for you. All you need is to be connected to the box.

right so ok if i open a cmd box connect via ftp then run that application ,
it will auto update to enable me to manually input the keys, ?

this all double dutch to me, any other way for a quick fix? even how to reset the keys i done it on my starview, kids r driving me crazy guys, thx
