HELPPPPPPP can not install image on 500c

Iam trying to update my dreambox 500c with an new image with flashwizard pro and i get message image to big to install on memory and the image is dw 2.1 the new one any one can help.

I think you have to use Dreamup in the downloads section.Be very careful using Flash Wizard Pro,I flashed 2 boxes and they both went into a continous loops,I managed to recover 1 with Dreamup but the other one is ruined.Dreamup is much safer

I also found flashwizrdpro does that if its a saved image. Why not try the DK image at link below.

Dreamup is the best way but you will need a null modem cable.

Have you got a null modem cable ???

Dreamup will be in download section, its a piece of cake to use.

Hi, i always use dreamup, its very very easy to use and safe. but you need nullmodem cable and i use also cross cable both. its take 5-7 min to upload image. and yes set up the ip adress correctly. i think all the info will be here in this forum. read b 4 you use it.

Sticky at top of page.Null modem cable if you need one quick you can get one from from Maplins (expensive ),or get one of Ebay(cheap)

flashed my dream dk v1 and i get FTA channels but not others it only black screen wat am i doing wrong.

You haven't done anything wrong. The image does not contain keys, they need to be installed sererately. All the info you need is in the forums.
