    DM800 PLI Jade on DM800

With all the recent fannying around I have managed to screw up my DM800 beyond all recognition, anyways I have re-imaged it with PLI Jade, however when I come to copy accross cables.xml and do a bruteforce scan, the image does not seem to pick it up from the usual place /etc/tuxbox or /var/tuxbox or /etc/cables.xml.

Does anyone know where to put cables.xml on a PLI Jade image?

    Thanks

You put it in the var/etc folder.

        Also,

Besides the keys and scce folder, Don't forget to add your Evocams from the download menu option (assuming your box has access to the net via dhcp)

in enigma2 images you probaly have to do a manual scan m8

frequency > first 3 frequency numbers for your area

          inversion > auto

          symbol rate > 6952 or 6887

          modulation > 64 qam

          fec > auto

          network scan > yes

          you might have this option

          clear before scan > no

          free only > no
          dm800-s=1.1 m triax motorised dish=titanium twin lnb

            Thanks one and all

            @Curious - I'll try that mate thanks
@Booya - Yea I know, the DM800 is only one of three dreamboxes - but thanks anyways
@Westkill - Thanks again m8, I used these manual settings, you gave me them a while ago (As well as a whole heap of other stuff). You get my vote as most helpfull bloke on the forum! PS The LT image will use the cables file if I put it in /etc/tuxbox
