DM500 Cant Connect box with Flashxp

i have flashed my dreambox with dreamup and put the dk1.1 image. i connected my box with router ethernet cable. i get all the ip address.
plus my box is connect to my laptop via null cable.
when i goto flashxp, put my ip address in from the dreambox ip page, and when i put user root and password dreabox.
on the bottom it says Connecting to (my ip address) tyhen it says connection failed (no route to host).
then i have tryed connecting the ethernet cable from the box to my laptop and when i connect it says Connected to (ip address)
then few seconds later it says Connection failed (Connection lost)..

help please

Either wrong Ip adress change to one above or one below for best results
Or cable is a straight and not a cross over
