DM500 dream box guide spoon feed

It says you can flash the box via Ethernet, can anyone post the step by step details for this as the guide does not detail this.

I always flash my box via telnet - then again coming from a unix background and early MS DOS I enjoy command line within an operating system,


even used vi yo modify the keylist.txt found it far more easier.
