Auto Fix but a problem

Iam having problems with the channels i dont know if its a cam problem. I have got the channels but everytime i go into the sports section in bouquets and go to sky box office and then go back to my tv channels everything goes blank again and i have to keep restarting my cam 2.12 also got 2.17c tryed both. It always happens eachtime i go into the bouquets section into sky box office sports any idea whats going on plz help.

its not the same problem my channels are working just when i got to box office they go off again and have to restart cam everytime

I had the same problem a while back delete your SBO channel then set it up again it should fix it.

yeah i had this problem did the same as davemac82 and solved my prob
