dm 500 help!!!

hi there new to this, can any one help?most of my channels are working fine apart from the movies theres no sound ive tried everything i know(very limited)to resolve the problem with no no luck please help

Hi Mick, welcome to the forum. You might need to give a bit more info, such as where you're located. Also have a read up on Nagra 3 in the red stickies

im in newcastle upon tyne iv'e got satelitte not cable im using a dm 500 as i said all channels have got sound apart from all the movies

I can't help you i'm afraid as i run cable, maybe you could post this in the Sat dreambox section - you might get some more answers there

whilst on the channel with no sound press audio then scroll down to english press ok
