Help with dream box 500c

Hi everyone,

I have the above box and it was working great until last night, now I just get Fta channels, I didn't set it up I purchased it from a guy and it was already setup, has jade on it, channels are still saved in bouquets but they don't work, blank screen.

I'm on v*grin and can't get the guy on the phone.

Any help would be great.

I would have to assume VM/Belfast have changed over to N3.
DM500 can't cope with N3 unless your supplier has a server &
hooked up your box to internet. Do you know anyone near you
has a eurovox or starview 1-5. Check if their channels have gone

Yeah my box is hooked up to the net, guy did say something about a server. What would be needed here? A fix on the server end? I'm new to this dresmbox but I flashed my fair sha of eurovox etc ..

How long have you been using server, maybe your subscription
has expired. You need to contact server or try to find other
server who will sell you c-line for DM500c. Let us know how you
get on
