warning message on dm500

since updating my dm500 i have rescanned the channels and there is a channel thats called 'security fraud message' and when i click on it says,

'please be aware the set top box you are using is unauthorised and you are commiting a criminal offence by using it to receive programmes from vm'

is this common or are they watching me . theres also a channel that says 'you have non-standard equipment' and BICS 1-30.
any info would be great!!

its the cc playing with folk who dont know and may phone them saying.. oh I got this message.. ..
