Hi Guys,

A couple of my personal backups for DM600C:

CLi 1.01 with Nov AU Fix

Gemini 4.50 with Nov AU Fix

PeterPan 1.0 with Nov AU Fix


Please note these include services and bouquets for Glasgow 6887, so you'll need to remove them if you're in a different area.

They also have the backup scripts added, so if you've installed a hard drive or have a network mount you'll be able to run your own backups via telnet.

just curious but would these images work on the 500c box?

I've downloaded the files, but how do you flash them to the box? All help is appreciated! I read somewhere on this forum that the files had to be .img and these are .nfi???

The 500 uses .img files and the 600 uses .nfi files. These files are for a 600 as stated and not for a 500.

can anyone please give me a link or point me in the direction of an image with the fix for the 500c? my ethernet connection is broken and i can only flash an image using the comms port. Please if anyone knows PM me or post a link. thanks a lot,.

How do you mean your ethernet connection is broken? Is it the hardware port on your dreambox that faulty?

yes mate,

i have two dreamboxes here, one is fine, the other has no light on the ethernet sockets (either pc or dreambox) when connected, I think the ethernet port is ****ed inside, theres no ethernet light on inside the dreambox (my other one lights up orange) so i cant connect flash fxp to copy the rom 7 files in. So in a word im screwed unless i have an image with the fix.
