required password key for dm 900c

helo im in singapore i got a problem with my dm 900c the channel has been set and it show all the channel been lock.in order for me to view all the channel do i have to enter the password key.but i dont have the password key at all .

Hi, my dreambox just says 'No Tv Channel".
