hi guys how do i get an image on my dreambox 500c, i try`d dream-up and managed to erase the old 1 then try`d to flash it with a UK image DW 1.6.5 but it just freezes on the CONNECTION PREPARED,NOW SWITCH ON THE DREAMBOX screen. i`ve try`d it on my tv but there is nothing just a black screen so i can`t get into it to get the IP Address,anyone got any help thanks.

Someone that is still using DW 1.6.5 should be able to tell you the default IP address mate.
Or you could downlaod the image again and run it through Newtuxflash to get the network settings.
When flashing I always FTP the new image to TMP then open a Telnet session, IMO it's much safer and efficient. -
use dreamup
first connect the box via cable to the pc and when it says -connection prepared now swith on the dreambox- power on ur dream press ja to flash erase...anyway u can find it all here
