D500c Freezing during scan

After recently updating my D500c with DK v1.0 and carrying out a channel scan it freezes during scan.

I have tried reflashing with DW2.1 no avail anybody have anyideas to help?

theres a tool in the download section that will wipe ur dreambox clean after u have used it stick the new D.K image on ur box and mind and stick ur rom7s onto ur box heres the link for the erase file>>Digital Kaos - Downloads - Erase Image for DM500 think u use dreamup with the erase image file .

tryed suggestion after installing dk v1.1 box comes up with bootlogo but just keeps rebooting itself. I am in process now of trying pli jade see if that works.
