problem with 500c in east london!!

guys..does anyone know whats happening? I have a 500c with VM and since 7.30 have no channels. Normally its self updating and a simple switch on and off from the power restores everything. Does anyone know whats going on? I have had it for three years with no probs..Im in east london.

The EMU will not auto update any more. The keys need to be edited manually. Any time the keys change now, they keys need to be edited manually.

Hopefully a permanent fix will be available soon.
