What to do with a 500C now it has lost channels?

Now that my Dreambox 500c has no channels, and is pretty useless, can I do anything else with it? Should I just put it in a cupboard in the hope that one day N3 will be cracked? I have a 500s so can they be connected in some way so that the 500c can view from the 500s?

when u get your sat box running and c/s sorted u will wonder why u didnt do it years ago ,, if u havnt a dish yet look into motorized ones
