    DM500 dm500T mmds aerial

    hi guys ive a dm500T workin on a ch*rus aerial here is the spec on the one that i would like to use im usin the dk img im wonderin do i have to mod the image somehow to allow it to work on this one ive tried to scan but im not gettin anything on it any advice greatly appreciated thanks

    You need to scan at a higher frequency range than the normal Chorus downconverter.
    Add 440Mhz to each of the frequencies in the terrestrial.xml file.
    First freq will be 674Mhz as opposed to 234Mhz.

        hi fano, connected to box last late last nite via flash fxp but the terrestrial file (and a few others) has a little arrow on it and i cant get into it. im wonderin are these files locked so they cant be edited or is there another ftp prog i can use that will let me edit said values thanks

          I use DCC myself ,Dreambox Control Center.
          Use this terrestrial.xml file,it supports both frequency ranges.

            here is copy of my irish terrestrial.xml stright from our itgate dvb-t image.
            should cover ANY irish dvb-t area.


            uses same cams and keys as irish cable
