Hi my DM500 some channels canot be viewed. It will prompt out "pls insert smartcard". Can someone help me solve it?I thought it can decode as it turn into cardless. Pls help me tks!

I having the same issue on my DM900-C CV3, got a code from my friend that i believe is for DM500, currently only half of the channel can be view, need help here, many thanks!

I have a problem with my DM900C II that just started few days ago. I can only receive certain channels like Discovery but not others like HBO.

Is there an updated code that would work on these missing channels ? 1 month ago I lost all channels except FTA, a friend passed me a code that worked but using it again now doesn't get my missing channels back.

My H/W version is 010, S/W ver 021, and release May 14, 2009 if that is relevant.
