Hi All

I seem to be losing my hair getting this box to work, I've ftped the rom7 image to the right place i think, im useing the cli image .
Can anyone help me restore my box

Hi,

Not sure if the Cli image is similar to Kaos or Pli images, but a few basic steps below that should help:

Once you have your image ftp the following files:

1) Keys to var\keys
2) Roms to var\scce , i.e. nagraepr7.bin nagraram7.bin nagrarom7.bin
(delete all Roms with 10 or 11 in them, the above should be the only
ones in the scce folder). Also make sure the nagrarom7.bin is the new
fixed version.
3) Cables.xml to var\etc
4) Install your evocamd (assuming you've got a cable box). This can be
done from polugins menu on most images that have acces to the net.
5) Do your transponder scan
6) Go to a premium channel and restart the evocam and wait.

Should be it.

I have the Pli Jade Final image, and the above steps worked fine for me.

delete what you have put in var
try putting the keys and scce in /usr/

usr rings a bell for me when i was setting my 600 pvr box up
