    DM500 lost most channels........

    Hi, i am new to the dreambox world

    Got a bit of a issue i am on the astra2 28.2 and all of a sudden ive lost about 80% of channels. The SNR is about 87% and AGC is 95% BER is 0.

    Do i have to rescan channels again or? if yes how do i do this on DM500?

    EDIT:::: managed to get em all up again but setanta sports1 is blank, any ideas? setanta ireland is ok....

      Ok now they have gone again, literally all channels are BLANK with no error message just blank, it shows the mini menu showing whats on now and next but no picuture. Every channel is blank apart from free to view channels. It has gradully got worse and worse. I am using the enigma image and if i goto MENU>SETUP>BLUE PANEL>PLUGINS>SERVERS it shows 212 cards but sometimes it shows 100 or sometimes 286 its random.

      Can anyone tell me something i can do to get the channels back? Thanks

          Are you using s*y card in box. If not you need to contact server

              How do i know who runs the server or who to contact regarding that?

                  Try restarting CAM(hold INFO button 3secs)
                  Most people who use a server have contact details

                      Tried restarting ccam
                      tried booting the box
                      tried restarting enigma
                      tried scanning channels

                      The guy i got the box off his phone is off. Any other things i can try?

                          If your c-line has been disabled you need to contact server to
                          sort it out. There is a time limit on c-lines. If you can't contact
                          supplier you may have to find new server. There are many out
                          there
