DM500 dm500cii (Transformer welcome page) 0/100 error

Dm 500cii Problem

Any one can solve the problem when the DM500cii cant search channel instead of 0/21 when u do a rescan i get a 0/100 when searching channel after the

Load default

Normally after we do a load Default

enter 9701

Then enter ecm 0 and ecm 01 without touching the box key.exit then off power from switch behide box turn on back u are done...

Does dm500cii have any way to reflash? process like the DM900cii? or Dreamup

This is a problematic box, failure rate very high. Not much people know how to fix that box. 1 of my friend have the same problem like you. Advise you to get a new box.
