quick setanta fix

delete your setanta channels that do not work.
go to the bics channels and you will see 4 of them have an epg, switch to one of these.
they will all instantly become your new setanta channels. No need to rescan

LOL..That easy, sorry for sounding daft....
ive just rescanned mine, because of the setanta channels, all i get is a blank screen now..or service not found

you dont need to scan, just delete the blank ones and go to the bics channels in all services via the red button.

what do you mean when you say the bic channels .

is there a reason for this happening with setanta .

Sorry for being thick but can someone explain how to do this on the DW image, on a DM500C ?

every other channel is good apart from Setanta or as Des say's Santana

setanta 1 and news, rangers, celtic and arsenal TV all changed.

press ok, then red. you get a lisk of all channels, go to the b's and you will see channels startin with bics. these will be 1 to 30 ish(not in order) 4 of these are your new channels. go to the old ones and press menu to delete them. you dont have to rename the bics, they will do it themselves

If you cant see any bics channels in ant of your bouquets m8 then you will have to do a scan to get these channels back

This hasent worked for me on the DM500C, i deleted satanta then moved the BICS channels into my sport section. the channels have the correct EPG but they do not rename themselfes and when i select them i just get a blank screen

I also tryed a rescan but found no new channels.

i didnt move them, when i deleted the originals, i went to the bics section and i seen the epg. The channels did appear after a short while
