DB500 no audio?

Hi i just got my dreambox 500........

when i plug it in, it is able to detect all the channels and stream the video not the audio for my tv

when i plug it in via ethernet and stream it to my computer, i get both audio and video.

what might be the issue? i was suspecting the audio jack (red and white) got problem, or was it something else?

Check audio settings on DM500 are set to english & SAVE
Try scart lead from box to TV

& make sure the volume is turned up
