Lost some channel (eg. 9,10,11)

hi i using 900-CII
just found out channel 9 , 10 , 11 , 14 and some other channel cant load. no sound no photo.
other channel like 12, 48-64 is working well
anyone know what happen?

both my set also got the same error~

I am new here. Having problem viewing some of the channels on my dm900cii for about a week. AFter reading the furum, I beleive is due to the change of the keys. Anyone kind to provide the latest keys to me or advise any solution? Thanks.

I'm using 900-CII and also can't load certain channels as well. Understand that it may be due to change in keys or card expiring. I'm staying in the west area of SG and is using the virginmedia card. Performed a reset and tried to scan the channels but still no use. Anyone can help?
