DM500 Help Needed!!

Hi,

I'm using a DM500-C, certain channels are blank, all i can see is just the title and time on the corner of the bottom left screen. What should i do so that i can see all the channels again!! thks

I believe that your box does not come with the autoroll feature. Recently the is a key switch and key change. Your box could be cause by this. To resolve you need to get a new image which come with autoroll feature.

i just got my box yesterday and it state that it come with autoroll before i purchase it. is there anyway i can check if it come with autoroll?

by the way, where can i get a new image and how to check the current image version?

i just got my dm 500 after reading the guide. i try to telnet but i end up with a blank screen like my dm500 went dead.
