DM500 with no epg available? how to fix?

guys i'm having problem with my dm500c in SG...
starting the problem is the picture keep hanging, later totally no picture,even free to air channel also cannot show...tried installing new images from despan also cannot fix?
can any bro fix my problem? pm me if necessary...

ive got the same problem but atleast my freeviews are still working anyone got a fix???

No EPG is most likely a tuner issue. If not it could be the main board.
If you do have this problem, I suggest you exchange for a new box or buy a new one. Do not waste money repairing. Its quite difficult to troubleshoot unless you are an expert in this field.

No EPG message occurs mostly on clone 500c

Hi im using the commando image which seems to working great for me,i had a similar issue to your where i had lost the satellite setting and had to reselect it in the settings and do a rescan.hope this helps.
