parental lock back off after restart?

hi guys, a mate asked me why the parental lock goes off when he plugs out the 500 going to bed and plugs it in in the morning.i have,nt a clue. its running dw v2.0 any ideas?

After you have set the parental lock, do a reboot rather then unplugging. Once you have done that, then unplug from mains and see if the problem is still there.

Make sure he locks the actual channel from the All Services list and not just the channel in the bouquet.

devilfish i know he locked it in his fav bouquet and not in his all services so i,d say thats the prob. will let u guys know . thanks.
