setanta still not working

hi guys . my brothers box still wont pick up setanta . i have tried scanning deleting the channels checked all services dont pretty much mosy of what the other posts have said .

the only thing i have not done is make sure the au is set to 02 .

would that be correct .

i will be going over to his tom to try again . is there anything else i should be doing .

also how are only some boxes not getting setanta what is the reason thanks bhoys

rob6007,have you tried scaniing through to the BBC channels,just after those there are alot of channels called BIC 1,BIC 10,BIC 2,BIC 21,they are where the Setanta channels might be.
