First check your set, does it comes with card?

No without card, any error message or hint or insert smartcard?
yes, then press 9701 from remote and enter the keys for 00 & 01

Are you using dm900? If you are using dm900 than goodluck your card has expired.You need to buy aucard again or updrade to dm500c it cardless. If you are you using 500cII than key in the current code again. Theres no change of code as for now.

I have one 900dm-c, that one no problem after i key in the codes but the other box dm900-cii requires a 4pin number to set the auto scan or anything in the menu, please assist.
i have tried 0000, 1234, 9999, 7337 but all dun seem to work
