    DM500 Setanta! Please Help.

Hello, my brother and I both have Dreambox500. We both live in Tamworth, Staffs (Cableuk Sym6887).
Our problem is Setanta. All Setanta channels have come up as 'removed service'.
Have tried all solutions posted so far plus rescan and reboot.
    Absolutely no luck whatsoever.
Please help. We've missed one match already and don't know how to cope.

Have tried deleting all setanta channels and setanta linked channels (mutv, liverpool, arsenal, celtic, rangers) and rescanning.
No joy. infact i'm worse off because i have now lost mutv.

my bcis channels go from bcis1 to bcis10. i do not have bcis11. all bcis channels i do have are completely useless. nothing there at all.
have been rescanning and rebooting all day. have managed to get mutv back but nothing else.
have checked every single channel just to make sure setanta not stored under a different name.
its just plain gone. please, somebody, help me. help all of us
