voice commentry on movie channels?

hi just a question on to turn off the annoying voice commentry on some of my movie channels its driving us nuts!!!

just press the green button and choose eng

hi i have tried the above but still can get it off (i dont have an audio button on my controller and nothing comes up when i press the green button???

on the dm500c press the yellow button select English not NAR.
