errors during neutrino build

Noticed that since before xmas the build errors on the saa driver stopping the compile.

If you edit the makefile and makefile.am in
apps/tuxbox/tools/misc and edit out the saa bits then it will compile and give a working image.

I have attached the files I edited.

saa is an additional program that isn't used as standard.
