Yellow, Blue Button of Nabilosat

Can someone please advise which part of the program control these 2 buttons?

It depends what model of receiver you have.

DM500 - /share/tuxbox/resources/rcdm5xxx.xml

On this receiver, /share is a read-only location so you can't edit the file on the box. You need to copy the file to your PC, edit it then upload to /var/tuxbox/config/resources. Reboot and it will apply the changes. The receiver will use any config files in /var/tuxbox/ before it uses the files in /share/tuxbox.

Not sure of the file location on other receivers but it will have a similar filename, i.e. rcdm7xxx.xml.

Actually when I meant was when I press Yellow button, which application will be running for the yellow button control panel

The actual coding of the yellow button function can only be changed at the source.
