dreambox 500 idiots guide required

I have a dreambox 500 i am looking for an idiots guide on how to update and add software i have know idea how to do this and what relevant software is required.

Check out the red stickies in dreambox forum,you've posted in dev at the mo.

Checkout the RED stickies massive amount of info and effort been put into them.
