Dm 500 tuning fault

I have a problem where my DM500 losses the sat freqencies for scanning I reflashed the image and it worked for a short time then lost all channels. When you go to set up menu to rescan,there is no " service searching" menu . Can anyone help please?

You may have problems with your antenna, or your Satellites.xml file ist damaged.

yes re flash it , try a different image , default settings check connections, back yo basics m8 good luck

You can make a wrong Sat setup and save it ... the go to a Kanal ... no Signal .... then make a new setup of your Sat with your right Satellite and test it ... by me works it last time ... at i have the problem to
