HELP I DM800 HD sat box

This is a clone box running Black hole .12 for a clone. My problem is I want to change the skin to eclips2 for black hole.12
this now sounds simple but is the eclips2 skin compatable with my clone image of black hole or will it crash likethe last time I changed the skin.
