help to modify stream
hello all i am trying to do an image for dm 500s.
i have an intenret connection upload of 1Mbs
how can i modify enigma so i can stream at lower video bitrate lest say 680kbs e.t.c dont mind wich port.
The reason i want to do this is not to have my pc open all the time and restream trough vlc.
